After internal research and data analysis, we’ve concluded that consumers were having a difficult time with website navigation and the Ecommerce process on the old website. Creating an effective website that integrates efficiently with all aspects of daily retail operations can be challenging.

One of the biggest challenges we faced was how to develop a unique code that allowed them to sell fabric in quarter yard increments to consumers while not skewing inventory values internally. After careful examination and thorough testing, we were able to successfully integrate a unique code aligning data across all platforms.

Since the launch, online sales have increased over 5x and our team is pushing to increase that number through strategic marketing efforts.
